In the evening, treat yourself to one of Australia’s premier dining experiences, dinner at Appellation, consistently rated in Gourmet Traveller’s Top 100 Australian restaurants. Both are located along Seppeltsfield Road and delight visitors from all over the world, no matter how well travelled.
Delicious gourmet platters of regional Barossa food are also offered at many of our cellar doors, so why not enjoy a platter while feeding the kangaroos at Whistler Wines or sitting on the terrace at Barossa Valley Estate overlooking one of the Barossa’s most beautiful vistas?
Food, wine, luxury accommodation and a genuine welcome await. The Louise offers absolute luxury and inspired design with private spaces, generous ensuites and breathtaking views. Appellation is one of Australia’s finest restaurants; fresh, local ingredients, informed service and an award-winning wine-list ensure a truly memorable experience.

Barossa Coffee Roasters
Based in the beautiful Barossa Valley, our small batch roaster 'Little Red' is fired up weekly to craft fresh & lively roasted Arabica Coffee Beans through the art of profile roasting. Much like the art of small batch winemaking, our coffee beans celebrate the unique flavor profiles of the origin and seasons.

All day eating overlooking the dam and olive grove – how delicious!
