Located in the heart of the Barossa’s iconic Seppeltsfield Road precinct, our two Villas provide the perfect home for exploring nearby cellar doors, premium dining experiences and our local gin distillery and for walking or cycling in the stunning natural environment.  

Comfy lounge, luxurious linen sheets, soak tub – inside, The Villas provide a relaxed, intimate space. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with abundant local produce for you to prepare your breakfast, and there are excellent breakfast options in nearby cafes.

Set along a ridgeline with elevated views, The Villas take advantage of their unique location. The native Australian bush stretches out beyond the rear decks, with magpies and kookaburras offering their distinctive songs, and galahs and swallows providing an aerial display. On the front deck you’ll feel as if you are in the treetops, with wide open space in front of you, and distant views to our neighbours’ vineyards and olive groves. It’s a perfect location for cheese, wine and rocking chairs.
