Experience a leisurely lunch in our rarely seen barrel hall with Josh and Sam Pfeiffer, the next generation of Whistler Wines. Enjoy our low intervention wines, handcrafted from our very own, organic & biodynamic vines, paired with a native fare prepared by the renowned Shannon Flemming, of Forgotten Seasons. Linger in the celebration that is the end of vintage, whilst surrounded by our wines, freshly aging in barrels.
As an exclusive offer only to lunch attendees, for an additional fee you can work up an appetite with Josh, tasting single barrel Grenache, Shiraz & Mataro and see how they blend together to create the famous GSM red blend. This mini masterclass will be from 11.30AM-12.30PM, each day before lunch.
