Every year as winter well and truly sets in, old vines are pruned to make way for new growth. The cuttings are then burnt in large bonfires, part of the annual cycle of running a vineyard.

To celebrate this occasion, we’re inviting you join us for our inaugural Barossa Burn event! A rather large bonfire will take centre stage for the day, with plenty of smaller fires scattered around to keep you toasty.

Forgotten Seasons will be serving up hearty morsels cooked over fire, as well as providing marshmallows for the kids. Aidan “Jazzy” Jones, along with his trusty guitar, will provide the sound track for the day. Darlings Cafe will have their coffee cart on site to satisfy all of your caffeine needs. As always, Whistler Wines will be available all day to purchase by the bottle or glass!
