Start your Barossa winery experience along Seppeltsfield Road!

Your Barossa winery experience starts with a trip down Seppeltsfild Road. The Barossa wineries along Seppeltsfield Road are amongst the best offered in the Barossa and feature world class wines. We have small, single vineyard producers without cellar doors, to iconic establishments such as the historic Seppeltsfield Estate Winery founded in 1851. Barossa wineries and cellar doors include beautifully restored heritage buildings as well as modern contemporary destinations, all with beautiful garden settings that will make it hard to move on to the next place!

The exciting thing is the common thread which makes Seppeltsfield Road special. Wherever you visit, you will find great Barossa wines and friendly people, whether staff or family, who will want to share their passion and help you have the wine experience of a lifetime.

Pheasant Farm Wines &
Beer Brothers Wines

Pheasant Farm Wines-
When Colin and Maggie Beer started growing grapes in 1973,
it was very much as a continuum of the established Barossa Valley culture. Producing wine from their own grapes was a logical further extension for Colin and Maggie and so they began production in 1997. From vines up to 50 years old, the varieties grown include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Semillon, with all the fruit being exclusively estate grown.

Beer Brothers Wines -
In 1997, Colin and Maggie formed a partnership with Colin’s brother, Bruce and his wife Mila to purchase their Siegersdorf Road vineyard in the heart of the Barossa, as well as the Cobdogla vineyards in the Riverland. Their axiom is not to become volume producers, but to temper the growth with quality. The 16 hectare vineyards grow Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon and Chardonnay.
